Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-18
1. What this service does
Ganadero OS is livestock management software. It records the information you enter and the data your devices report, and presents it back to you. It does not provide veterinary, nutritional, financial or legal advice.
2. Your data belongs to you
You keep ownership of everything you put into the platform: your animals, records, and the telemetry your devices produce. We store and process it to run the service for you. You can export all of it as CSV at any time from the Reports section, and you can request its deletion.
3. Monitoring is not a guarantee
Device data depends on hardware, battery, satellite coverage and mobile or radio networks, none of which are under our control. Alerts may be delayed or missed. The platform is a tool that helps you watch your herd; it does not replace physically checking your animals, and it must not be relied on as the only means of detecting illness, escape or theft.
4. Regulatory records are your responsibility
The platform can store official identification numbers, treatments and withdrawal periods, and will warn you about them. Confirming that those records satisfy the rules that apply to your operation, including federal and state requirements on medication withdrawal before sale, remains your responsibility.
5. Accounts and access
You are responsible for who you invite to your organization and for the role you give them. Keep your credentials private. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised; changing a password closes every open session for that user.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages at our providers and events beyond our control can interrupt it.
7. Ending the service
You may stop using the platform at any time and take your data with you. If you close your account we keep the data for a limited period so it can be recovered by mistake-proofing, and then delete it.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the address on the account that provided this instance.
