What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, language and time zone.
- Operation data: farms, paddocks, animals, health, reproduction and production records you enter.
- Device data: location, temperature, activity, battery and signal reported by the hardware you connect.
- Security records: sign-in times, IP address and browser, kept to detect account misuse.
- An audit log of who changed which record, because livestock records have financial consequences.
What we do not collect
We do not track you across other websites, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
How your data is separated
Every record belongs to one organization, and that filter is applied automatically at the database layer rather than left to each screen to remember. People from one operation cannot see another operation's animals.
Passwords
Passwords are stored only as a slow one-way hash, never in a form that can be read back. Password reset links are stored the same way and expire after one hour.
Location data
Device positions describe where your animals are, which also says something about where your property and your work are. It is treated as sensitive: it is only visible to members of your own organization, and raw positions are kept for a limited retention window before being aggregated.
Your choices
- Export everything as CSV at any time from Reports.
- Correct any record directly in the app.
- Request deletion of your account and its data.
- Choose your own interface language, independently of your teammates.
